A booking is considered confirmed only after we acknowledge your request and you receive confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other official communication channel we use.

Rates may vary based on dates, occupancy, and availability. Any discounts or special offers are applicable only as stated at the time of booking.

Standard timings (unless otherwise confirmed):

• Check-in: 10:30 AM
• Check-out: 8:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to room availability and may involve additional charges.

By staying at MK QuickStay, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details and valid identification when required
• Respect property rules, staff, and other guests
• Avoid illegal activities, nuisance, or unsafe behavior
• Be responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

We may require an advance payment to confirm certain bookings, especially during peak periods. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

Any applicable taxes or fees will be included as communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations, refunds, date changes, and no-show handling are covered in our Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services. Website content (text, photos, branding) is owned by MK QuickStay or used with permission.

We strive to provide accurate information and a safe stay. To the extent permitted by law, MK QuickStay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
